Summary
Continuing from the bridge, Agni hears someone is behind him and sees a young boy, who introduces as Sun, but Agni ignores him and continue. The boy keeps talking and Agni tries to tell him to go away, but the boy keeps following him and explains that he saved him. Sun wants to stay close to him as its warm and offers some sugar, but the wind blows it away. At the same time, some Behemdorg men observe them, knowing that Agni had killed some of men.
As the night comes, Sun collapses while following Agni and recalls how he was told he needs to leave their village as God had other plans for him. But his brother tells him that they are lying to him and just want to get rid of Sun, as there isn't enough food for everyone. Sun wakes up to see Agni sitting close to him and Agni tells him to go to a nearby house. Sun asks Agni to light some fire for him, but Agni explains his flames are dangerous and he to do it himself. Sun then uses his power creating electricity and manages to light some wood on fire. Sun explains that he is weak and was kicked out of his village. He thanks Agni for saving him again, but Agni tells him he just didn't want to see him die in front of him. Before falling asleep, Sun says he won't die, as otherwise he will forget his brother, priest, sugar and other things he loves. He asks Agni what he loves and Agni says strew and meat. Agni tells Sun he will be leaving in the morning and to not follow him, but sees Sun had already fallen asleep. He then collapses on the ground, as for some reason his burning hurt him even more. Wanting to distract himself, he starts thinking of Doma, who killed his sister and how he wants to kill him. A moment later, a Behemdorg soldier shoots him in the head.
